**Internet Connection**: 

If you are hosting a large event, or in some cases where the Wi-Fi signal is not very strong. Depending upon the internet provider or where exactly we set up our photo booth from the Internet. Pease be aware that the Wi-Fi signal may drop or may not be strong enough to support the number of people accessing it, depending on your internet provider or the venue. This can slow down the process of sending videos and pictures to your guests immediately after their experience in the photo booth via text or email.

If the Wi-Fi signal does drop and your guests are unable to receive their videos and pictures right away, there's no need to worry. Everyone can still enjoy using the photo booth, but the photos and videos will be sent to your guests only once we regain a strong Wi-Fi signal.

It's essential to have a strong Wi-Fi connection to operate our Photo Booths effectively. If the Wi-Fi signal is weak, guests may not receive their digital downloads of pictures, videos, or GIFs immediately. To ensure that all guests receive instant downloads of their experiences, you can opt for our Internet Activation service for an additional fee of $35. With this service, we will provide a reliable internet connection for your entire event, guaranteeing that your guests can access their videos and pictures right after enjoying their Photo Booth experience. This add-on is not available with our Drop Off & Pick Up Budget Friendly Digital Selfie Photo Booth Package.

Rental Agreement

Rental Period: The rental period begins at the agreed start time and ends at the agreed end time. Additional charges may apply for extending the rental period beyond the agreed time.

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after you have made the required payment and received a confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking if unforeseen circumstances arise, in which case a partial or full refund will be provided. Depending upon the situation.

Equipment Use: Our photo booth and related equipment shall be used solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with our instructions. Any damage caused due to misuse, neglect, or intentional actions will be the responsibility of the customer and may incur additional charges.

Liability and Indemnity

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the conduct of all event participants using the photo booth. Any damage to the photo booth or other equipment caused by event participants will be the customer's responsibility and may result in additional charges.

Liability: We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising out of or related to the use of our services, equipment, or props. This includes but is not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnity: The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snap Click Photo Booth & Events, its employees, and agents from any claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the customer's use of our services.

Intellectual Property

Photo Rights: The customer retains all rights to the photos taken during the rental period. However, we reserve the right to use these photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Proprietary Materials: All materials provided by us, including but not limited to logos, designs, and software, remain our exclusive property. No part of these materials may be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

Rescheduling

In the event that the Customer requires a rescheduling of the booked service, Snap Click Photo Booth & Events will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, subject to availability. However, it is acknowledged by both parties that Snap Click Photo Booth & Events may not be able to provide the services on the requested rescheduled date due to prior commitments or other limitations. In such cases, Snap Click Photo Booth & Events reserves the right to provide alternative dates for the provision of services, or if no suitable alternative is available, to cancel the booking upon mutual agreement between both parties. Any fees or deposits paid by the Customer shall be subject to the terms of cancellation outlined in this agreement.

Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on our website.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and {{Snap Click Photo Booth & Events}} regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
